"Good choice for exploring the Loire valley, chateaux, town and cities. Loches is a vibrant town with lots of shops and bars. There is a train station right by the residence if you need to get around and don't have a car."

"This is a rather basic hotel at a freeway stop, but it works for a place to stay for a night. It would help if there were a way to get to the hotel not by the freeway, where there is a toll."

"What a superb little place, not so little as the dog and I had the house to ourselves. If you want something which is quiet, safe, typically French and within a 10 minute walk of a fab bistro in the village then this is for you. Host was superb, great communication and attention. "Such a tranquil and beautiful place. We had the best night’s sleep for ages because the cave was cool and the air was kept humid to protect the stone. Céline and Stève were lovely - so welcoming. Stève gave us the fascinating history of the place and in the morning Céline had prepared the most delicious home-made breakfast which we ate in the peaceful pretty garden courtyard in front of our cave. Les Troglos is a gem and our stresses melted away."
