"Arrived and no one had any idea which tent we were supposed to be in. Originally taken to one that had no made beds, litter, broken chairs and an inflatable dirty lazy spa (advised as a hot tub). Then got told to my relief wasn’t our tent. Instead we were taken to another tent that was transparent in a small field squished in with another 5-6 tents and had a dirty deflated paddling pool in the centre. "Lovely cottage in a great location in historic Conwy. Very well equipped, with the added bonus of street parking outside. This was a great help, as although it's very very tight to park your car here, the cottage has the added bonus of being able to use next door's space, too! Highly recommended. "

"We enjoyed our time in Conwy and at the Castle Apartment very much. The facility was clean and stocked with everything we required for our stay of three days. "A beautiful hotel with genuinely friendly staff the bar was intimate and relaxed, our room was very well equipped and beautifully decorated with equality furnishings and fittings we had a spacious bathroom with shower above a bath. The continental breakfast had a good selection, I especially liked their pre soaked muesli which was full of nuts and fruit and shredded apple something I will try to reproduce, we had a full cooked breakfast the following day which was a little underwhelming, it's wasn't as hot as I would have liked and was missing either toast or fried bread, which if we had known we could have made our own toast from the continental selection but as it was already getting cold would have taken too long, but nevertheless the breakfast staff were excellent and very friendly."
