This location is tucked away so you really don't get the noise of the traffic etc. Despite being right next to restaurants, a mall etc. There is a Cafe on site and all of the staff were wonderful. The property was well maintained and everyone was helpful. Breakfast had broad options and was fresh. Great hotel, great location, and great staff."

The pool area was dirty and clearly not being cleaned regularly. The hot tub was unusable because it was either scalding hot or completely cold, with no consistent temperature control. One of the biggest issues was the lack of air conditioning in the hallways and common areas. The lobby was unbearably hot, and our group repeatedly had to ask...

"First of all, the staff was responsive to requests. That being said the condition of the property, in general was not as the photos showed. The room did not appear clean, there were no tissues, no ice bucket, only one towel. It was a smoking room, and there was no ashtray. There was also no ice machine. I had to get ice from the front desk. There was also no facility for early check in as is the case with most properties. On the positive side, my request for another towel, ice, and ash...
