"This property was great for location but everything else was crap. Couldn't even get through the front door and no reception at all. Got taken to a back room with motorbike in it and asked to provide information that I have never been asked for in any other place. "Unique setting with water running past the apartments. The staff are very attentive and helpful with information."

"This is a family run homestay. They are friendly and courteous and shows you the local food and tourist attractions. The room is very clean and spacious. Good air conditioning and hot water. Comfortable bed as compared to other homestay. Highly recommend. "

"The room was very nice and everything went really well. However, there were a lot of ants in the room despite us not bringing in any food."

"It was a great stay. The staff was super nice and I enjoyed it very much. Would recommend!!"

"I LOVED this place! It was quaint, the rooms were excellent, the common area was beautiful and full of vegetation, but most of all the owner, and his family, are such wonderful people! I stayed for two weeks and now consider the owner to be a friend of mine! They also have a restaurant right on the beach which is a 3 minute walk away from the hotel. If I ever return to Hoi An, this will be my choice of places to stay every time! "
