does the job!

hotel is decent for a stay. the staff was VERY friendly and helpful for sure! the area around hotel has a lot of massage and food. but i found myself down the beach at most fo the other restaurants. for the money its a good stay.

The room was spacious, loved the sea view balcony, property was runned down, lot of wear and tear, air conditioning was minimal, you can’t lock the room door from inside, had an employee walk in my room within 5 minutes of checking in.

The property was in a great location and the beds were very comfy. However after a long travel day, me and my partner had just got to sleep when a room down the corridor decided to leave the door wide open and use an industrial vacum (it was far louder than your average vacum) for 30 minutes at 11:30pm, when I phoned down the reception they said they were vacum packing a guests luggage and we just had to wait for the noise to stop, I didn't feel like this was a resonable response to a noise complaint. To me this is far too late to be vacuming when other guests are trying to sleep and something that should have either been done at a more reasonable hour or the guest needing stuff vacum packed should have had to go to the reception floor where there were no other guest rooms. This was then followed by drilling work starting in the room next door at 7:30am.

施設及びサービスは大変満族いたしました。従業員の方たちも４星ホテルに似合う対応をしていました。ただし、客層の問題で、朝食時は大変うるさくマナーも悪く不愉快でした。系列から仕方ないとは思いますが 欧州、米国、日本のお客は敬遠すると思います。

This hotel was just what we were looking for.

From Check in to check out, I can only say good things about this hotel. The staff reception were polite, helpful and quick. They often asked if all was ok and if we needed something. They helped us arrange a car for an excursion to the caves. The room was clean and the WiFi was great. There was a large selection at breakfast that changed from day to day. The bed was comfortable. It is a few minutes walk to the beach. There are mini market stores nearby. We would stay at this hotel again.

3泊の旅行でバルコニー付きオーシャンビューのジュニア スイートに宿泊。フロントスタッフは常に笑顔で、毎度気持ちよく出入りが出来ました。海までも徒歩圏で、交通量や人通りもあるので治安も◎ そのせいもあってか、移動屋台(？)のおじさんの録音の声がかなり響きました。。 残念だったのはバスタブのお湯が出なかったので水を張れなかった事。。シャワーは広く快適ですが若干水圧が弱いかも？ 朝食はほぼほぼ終わりの1時間で伺った為なのか、あまり種類がないと言うか、もう少し豪華でもいいのになあという率直な感想。 清潔さや立地、スタッフに関しては大大満足です！

Отель отличный и его низкий рейтинг мне непонятен. Расположен прямо возле пляжа, в то же время, на тихой улице, а не на первой линии с интенсивным движением. Номер большой, огромный балкон с креслами, у нас был последний, 15 этаж, с видом на море. Завтраки больше ориентированы на азиатов, но, голодным остаться невозможно, поскольку есть и супы, и мясо, и яичница, и фрукты. Пожалуй, не было только выпечки нормальной. К сервису претензий тоже нет. Заказали по моей просьбе билеты на фестиваль фейерверков, бесплатно отвезли в аэропорт. Единственное замечание - сейф в номере никак не закреплен и его можно легко унести. В-целом, я бы вернулся.

ビーチまでのアクセスのいいホテル

ビーチまで歩いて数分という、とても良いロケーションです。2階がレストラン、3階がプールやジム、4階はマッサージなどが受けられるスパ、5階から15階までが客室、16階は会議とかに使える大きな部屋、という構成で、15階の部屋でした。残念ながら窓からの景色は隣のビルだけでしたけどね。違う部屋であれば、オーシャンビューもあるみたいです。 部屋自体は古いですが、メンテナンスは行き届いていて、そこまで気になりません。クローゼットなどの収納スペースも多く、大きなテレビもあるので、ホテルでのんびりすることもできました。ただし、防音に関してはあまり良くなく、エレベーターホールで話している方々の声がうるさく、早朝や深夜の声がきになりました。ここは他の客のマナーの悪さといったところですが、中国や韓国の方が多く泊まるホテルですので、しょうがないかなとあきらめました。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、いつも笑顔で対応してくれます。
