The hotel and staff are all outstanding. The room was to a high spec and breakfast had a wide choice of food, all of which was excellent. Everything was faultless. It is on the edge of Hoi An out town so only a stone’s throw to shops, markets and historic buildings.

The whole hotel experience was excellent fron start to finish,all staff were brilliant and helpful and i felt well looked after. The room was spacious and had a view. The buffet breakfasts were good and you had the option of eating inside or outside. The surroundings were restful.

We got a double bed room but they push the beds together for us so we had a massive king bed. Easily the most comfortable bed I have slept on in Vietnam. The room and location were perfect for us and the staff so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. One small downside is the room was on the ground floor at the front of the hotel. So there was noise from the nearby restaurant, pool and even the frogs in the pond at the front of the property. Next time I will request a room away from these areas.

Everything was great about this hotel! The location very close to the old town, the pool, the breakfast buffet, the room, but especially the staff, with a special mention to Tien in the restaurant! Furthermore, a travel agency is conveniently located on the premises and we were able to book our flight to Phu Quoc and transportation to the airport very easily.

Wonderful hotel close to Old Town. The facility was immaculate and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was incredible. Makes me realize how bad the breakfasts are in the American hotels. The pool area was very nice and relaxing. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
