"The communication was lacking. I was sent the entry code for the door and told the keys were in the mail box. I was also told parking spot 29. No information was given about how to get into the building directly from the garage (There was a magnetic fob on the key chain.) "Unfortunately, I never got to see the hotel. As I was here on business and my meetings finished each day late, I was expecting to be able to check in late. 930pm I tried on the 2nd day.
The hotel advertise a late check in, but they messaged me to say they wouldn't be able to give me a late check in and that I would have to come before 8pm or not come at all. Unfortunately my train arrived at 9.
