Room was disgusting and everything was broken. Sheets had dirt and hair on them. Towels were stiff and smelled bad. They didn't provide toilet paper or ANYTHING! Seriously the best hotel stay ever. Fast check in, gorgeous ambiance, spotless room. A text asking if I needed anything. A sound machine in the room (I slept well!) Valet service from my phone - even the tip so I didn’t have to go get cash. They make it so easy to stay here. I love it!
