숙소 주변이 복잡하지 않고 한적해서 좋았어요. 침대도 편했고 깨끗했습니다. 조식 포함 상품으로 예약해서 조식을 먹었고 5성급 호텔의 조식이라고 하기에는 좀 부족한 퀄러티와 다양하지 않은 메뉴들이었습니다. 메뉴와 퀄러티 부분은 좀 더 개선이 되면 좋을 것 같아요. 조식 이용시간도 넘 늦어서 7시에 오픈하자마자 가서 20분만에 나와야했습니다. 출장으로 간 사람들의 스케줄에는 너무 늦은 오픈인 것 같습니다. 헬스클럽을 이용해봤는데 깨끗해 보였지만 개별 표면 소독제가 구비되어있지않아 사용 후 닦을 수가 없는 점이 개선되면 좋겠습니다.

방안에 시설소음으로 숙면이 어려움 매우 스트레스롤받고 프론트데스크 직원의 안내및설명이 매우미비하며 본인의실수에 대해 미안한 사과도없으며 매우불쾌하고 만족스럽지 모함

정문 출입구 흡연자 시정 부탁

호텔 정문 출입시마다 회전문옆 흡연하는 사람이 항상 있어서 입구들어갈 때마다 불쾌했어요 입구에 직원들이 많음에도 제지하는 직원이 1도 없더군요 5성급임에도 이런부분은 시정이 필요합니다 전반적인 서비스는 만족합니다

인당 3만원 추가하면 조식을 먹을 수 있었는데 맛있었어요. 깔끔하고 적당한 시설이고 타지역에서 대구 올 때 바로 내려올 수 있는 곳이라 좋았습니다.
