"I always stay at this hotel. BUT the last time someone came into our room around 1 am. My husband yelled to GET OUT. We thought it was maintenance. When speaking to the front desk they said no maintenance was on. We asked for an update or at least be compensated for having a huge scare, we hardly slept well after that. Now whether we go back is another question. Very disappointed we didn't get the update. ."

"I’ve stayed here a few times over the years and I’ve only ever gotten a room on the first floor, which is kind of like the basement although there is access to the parking lot I guess the property is built into the side of a hill if that makes any sense. Anyway, this time my room was quite obviously updated compared to the last few times I stayed so I don’t know if they’re going room by room or what but this room was refurbished in the last year or two is my guess. All in all I had a good rest...
