"The hotel looks neat, the lobby is tidy, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is reasonable. I know you can't expect much from a two-star hotel, but in this case, the hygiene of the room left much to be desired. The bathroom was filthy and had mold everywhere. "The hotel is conveniently located at the end of terminal 3 so we don’t have to ride shuttle. The room is clean. Customer service needs some improvement. Nobody pick up the phone when they were busy handing check in. My tv did not have any sound so I have to go to the receptionist to report the problem since nobody answer my calls. The next morning I called for luggage service at 6am nobody pick up the phone again. I dragged all my luggages myself."
