"There were no cups/ mugs plates to use at breakfast. When I notified the front desk the lady said she would get some we waiting half an hour an nothing she came to get the dirty dishes we ended up using napkins as plates lucky we had a reusable bottle that we could use which meant we had to share towards the end of us having breakfast the lady did come out with some paper cups."
"First time with B&B hotels. This modern inexpensive chain of hotels works well for family holiday stopovers. All night checkin straightforward via terminal in reception . Breakfast next day reasonably priced filling and healthy. Rooms clean and cool in the summer heatwave. Nothing bad to say about our stay. Staying at another B&B the following night and will be making more bookings in future ."
"Used as a stop off on the way through France. Not too far off the motorway, plenty of parking, decent breakfast included. Note that reception closes at 9pm so if you will check in later than this, get in touch with the property as check in is by machine.
Had a family room, small but comfortable and perfect for what we needed. 2 separate beds for kids, much better than them sharing a sofa bed."
"Mercury Arras is a wonderful hotel. Had all the amenities we could have wished for. On every floor is a free water dispensing unit - cold water, room temp water and cold sparkling water! Beds are very comfortable. Roo. Very clean. Good restaurant in the hotel. All in all, we had a great experience and would definitely go back if are in Arras."
