"The staff was nice, however, our big issue was the fact that the extremely heavy barn door that divided the bedroom from the kitchen area was off its track completely. It was propped up in such a manner as to not be noticeable, so when my wife went to close the doors this door almost fell on top of her. Sadly I wasn’t in the room to help her try to lean the door back against the wall. She said it took all of her strength to push the door back up so it didn’t crush her. "
