"Airport shuttle was prompt and very easy to find. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Didn’t use the restaurant or the pool. Only thing I would say is the bathroom was very clean but maybe needs an update. "

"The best part about the hotel was the staff, they were friendly, smiling, attentive and did a wonderful job at helping out. The issue with the hotel was the room. The air in the room never kept the room cool it only came on for about 30 secs every 20-30 minutes. There were stains throughout the carpet. The headboard was removed and the area was never patched up correctly it was just painted over. The area around the sliding door was not clean."

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming and professional. The property was clean, well maintained and comfortable, which made it easy to unwind after a full day. What truly set this experience apart was the level of service. Shy at the front desk delivered what I can only describe as true concierge level care. She was attentive, professional and genuinely invested in making sure everything about my stay was seamless. She did not just check me in, she made sure I felt valued and taken care of throughout my time there. That kind of service is rare and it makes a lasting impression. The rest of the staff reflected that same standard. Everyone was friendly, responsive and committed to excellence. It is clear that customer service is not just something they do, it is who they are. If you are traveling through the DFW area and want a place that combines comfort with top tier service, this is the place to stay. I will absolutely be returning and I highly recommend it."

"Excellent staff, quick check in. Room very roomy, comfortable bed. Even had a Keurig coffee maker. Though I did not take the shuttle myself, I overheard a client complaining about the wait at the airport for one hour, the reviews stated the same; therefore I chose to park my car at a near Parkspot instead. "
