I have not been able to receive my refund because I didn’t stay there. When I arrived I was told there was no vacancies and my reservation was not acknowledged. I need my money back.

The rooms are small but adequate. The covered driveway used for check in at most hotels is occupied by the managers vehicle. For some reason there's a $10 cash deposit at this location. Odd.

The mattresses with springs were abusive and not suitable for a hotel, the smell of humidity, the towels are not suitable for a hotel, the truth is that I had a bad time, I did not sleep well and I did not rest, I do not believe that this hotel should be on the Expedia platform.

Speed bump was so high that is caused $9,000 damage to the under carriage of my 2017 Prius. Was in shop for 11 days while I was on vacation. If it wasn't bad enough that I had to go over the speed bump going in, but also when I left. If you have pickup or 4 wheel drive no problem, but Pruis is no go. No Warning about the height of speed bump

I prefer the coziness, quietness, the comfort of Ankur Inn Dallas Tx, excellent management and staff ,well maintained, very accessible off the Hawn Frwy 175 eastbound service road between Edd Rd & Beltline 24 hour gas and food nearby, when i visit friends in Dallas this is my #1 choice ...suggestion to the management/owners This is Texas lots of sun and hot weather, the property has ample room for a small Swimming pool & Grilling area,, then my stay would be most excellent.......

Established Inn ive stayed at dozens of time over the years will stay again soon, only suggestion is coffee&donuts or breakfast cereal served from office vestibule would be a plus for guests

I Thought Ankur Inn was an old but quant Motel and the was clean and nice. The only complaint I have is the television did not work when we arrived and I contacted the front office about it and the gentleman came to lookat it to see what he could do and after several attempts to make it work he did not get it working. I was told at that time which was about 845pm I would have to wait until some other boss man arrived which would not be until 11pm. I told him thanks and of course I had no choice but to wait for the bossman to arrive. Unfortunately 1140pm came and still no word from the front office. I called again to the office and the gentleman who answered the phone talked like he didn't know what was going on. I told him about the T.V. and he came to my room and within 5 minutes had it working. Obviously the other guy who was working the front office failed to tell him about my television. Overall I was not totally happy with my stay and I believe anyone would have wanted the T. V. working and I observed he switched the cable to the other side and it worked. I believe whoever is watching over the Motel should have the knowledge on how to fix the T.V.
