The property is in a good location downtown. It is also clean but the staff is not really helpful and need hospitality training. The parking is expensive but secure. I would not stay here again, the Omni is right up the street and worth the value.

I stayed for two nights. First time in Dallas to visit the Kennedy Museum and Dealy Plaza. The hotel was walkable to everything I wanted to do and more. Room was clean. The hotel has lots of amenities for your stay. I will definitely consider this property for my next visit.

The staff was so wonderful, especially at the front desks. Beautiful property. Not many restaurants. Get food before 11 AM or wait. JFK museum is a couple of blocks away. The 12th floor terrace has wonderful views of the Dallas Morning News building, Réunion Arena and the city. All are very close. Literally across the street from Amtrak.

Parking fees are too high and there is no other parking available. Great location of hotel, I was able to walk to Reunion tower, John F. Kennedy center, and Moaks BBQ. Rooftop view is amazing at night! There is no free coffee and breakfast is expensive.
