I accidentally bookeed a disability room ...it just said accessible and I was tired ...I asked for a bottom floor if possible ...he said no problem when i saw there was no tub . I went back asked for a room with tub he said i booked that room only ...i said I only asked for no smoking he said u chose disability room ...he was rude and argumentative the whole time said I would have to pay $5 to change rooms so i kept the room ...overall nice room .... heat didnt heat much and the shower did not shut off all the way the shower was outdated rest of room updated ....on way back stayed again the hear didn't work well got an unexpected shower from sink when washing hands the nosel was missing ...the bed was old and lumpy room was mostly updated ...not completed bath tub old , spigots hard to turn and door has seen better days needs painted or replaced ....other than that and lack of hospitality...its a good place the money ...says pet friendly but i had no pets
