"A small family run apart hotel. Rooms a little dated but exceptionally clean.
Deniz and her father were fabulous hosts.
The breakfast served was probably one of the best we have had in Turkey. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble asked and it was there. I would definitely recommend a stay here. It’s within a 5 minute walk to the river, restaurants and bars. We will definitely be going back."

"I really enjoyed my time at Ilkim. The apartment size was decent, and had three small balconies. The staff were super friendly although they spoke little English we were able to communicate via google translate. The bed was super comfy and our apartment was kept cool even though it was 30degrees outside. We stayed for nearly two weeks and only had our apartment serviced once so I’d say that is probably my only negative review. Location was perfect - close to the main streets, buses, and grocery...

Pool are was clean and inviting . Rooms were well proportioned and clean.
Overall the hotel could do with some updating and renovations but for the price reflects excellent value . The town of Dalyan which is absolutely beautiful is a mere 3 minutes away in the car"
