"Renovation very small bathroom with just toilet and tub ,you know that old look but rooms are just as you see in the pictures I believe they had an open bar but i was not feeling well to checking it out But it soud loke people were definitely enjoying the night other than rvat pretty neat comfortable and clean the only con for me is the outside entrance to room but you will love y I ur stay and for pool lover the pool look like it was open Just no one i. "Yeah, everything was great except the shower was extremely slippery. I put 1 foot inside the shower and realized how slippery it was, told myself to be very careful and proceed with caution which I did and promptly fell completely down in the shower. Not only is it slippery, but it has an extreme slant going towards the drain and is higher on both sides of the tub than in the middle. I’m extremely well balanced and physically fit. I cannot imagine how many people must have fallen before me and someone’s gonna get hurt! "

"My complaint is not with the hotel....it was excellent and the staff was superb. Hotels.com made this reservation for ? plus ? for cancellation insurance. The cancellation insurance was supposed to be ? but when I asked Hotels.com said the price was for two days since I checked in on the 25th and out on the 25th.....??????? In addition, when I checked out on the 26th, I asked for a receipt for my expense account and received a folio for ? When asked, I was told to contact Hotels.com for an explanation. Again, this whole complaint is toward Hotels.com.....I knew better, but did it anyway......never again!!!"
