"All was good"

"Some of the staff at reception were inexperienced and not courteous. They asked to pay for lost room keys, which I never heard off. Checking in and out was not friendly. You feel like you’re staying in some security facility rather than a hotel.."

"Beautiful grand lobby, great dining options, modern spacious rooms but very noisy at night due to club music next door. The pool is dirty due to pigeons and some of amenities remain under construction. Breakfast staff very attentive, delicious south indian cuisine and breakfast manager took extra care to ensure we had everything we needed. Front desk manager and housekeeping manager also very attentive to ensure we had a lovely stay. "

"Better than other hotels but overall not happy. The rooms elevator everything in the hotel was dirty not a single thing I can say was clean. The staff all were so lost lack of communication between each other and telling us all different things. Would advise a different stay unless a last ditch effort. "

Not 5 star based on stained sheets, cheaper rough bath towels, and inability to reach front desk from room phone or mobile. Breakfast mediocre with some dirty plates/glasses, tables not properly cleaned with disinfectant, and buffet not refreshed regularly. The pool is dirty due to pigeons. Seems like a 3 star experience which doesn't fit the expectations of Hilton. I would stay at...

"Got a room that was senior friendly. The shower was broken and found out while taking shower. Water splayed all over the bathroom. "

"Rooms are clean. Hotel should ensure hot water as winter is setting in. We stayed in Room 109 where we could get only lukewarm water even after keeping the tap open for 5 minutes. "

"Do not be misled by the pictures. The location and surroundings are unsafe, especially for women travelling alone. The rooms are poorly maintained, unhygienic, and there is hardly any staff support. Even at the reception, the attitude is unwelcoming, which sets the tone for the rest of the stay. This place is definitely not suitable for solo female travellers and can turn into a very uncomfortable experience. This hotel is right in front of the slum. No street lights very unsafe to walk around....
