I had a photo of the booking.. and the page and the part written in Chinese and they still couldn't find it. Kept asking me the name of the site... what could i say? hotels .com... translating it to jiudian.com hardly helps does it?? They need to sort this out... accepting bookings from such a big site (not all hotels do) ...
