"The valet staff were exceptional as the first point of contact at the resort. They were extremely helpful, ensuring guests were comfortable while waiting or being transported. They even offered water to help guests stay cool. Overall, it was a warm and welcoming experience that set a great tone for the visit."

"We loved being right in the beach, it doesn’t get much more convenient for an ocean lover. The rooms were nice over all. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazing! There isn’t much on sight parking so keep that in mind. There are only about 10 spots at the Inn. They have spill over parking not far from them but it’s a pain when you have to pack a lot of luggage. Over all our stay was amazing and we will definitely stay again! "

"What we love most about Residence Inn suites are the full kitchen. It's very convenient to prepare light meals, making the suite feel like home away from home. The complimentary breakfast provides enough options to make everyone happy. The Mount Pleasant location was great for a quick drive to downtown Charleston, and Isle of Palms Beach and so many other places to visit."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, quiet, and the service was friendly. The breakfast was very good with variety each morning and it's in a great location. Wish the extra blankets were a bit softer and that their toiletries had a less generic scent, but overall it was a good experience. "

"Very friendly and accommodating staff, tgey were all very nice and helpful any time I asked for anything. I recommend adding the breakfast to your reservation, there is a small buffet but you can also order anything extra such as omelet, pancakes, waffle, french toast...The location is convenient to everything and we always had easy available parking and felt safe. Although the pool is small, it was always clean, never too many people but kids would always find someone to play with & had fun,...
