I was told it was to do with the messaging from Expedia. The rest of the hotel was fully booked so there wasn’t another option to correct the booking. Disappointing as I didn’t receive what I had booked and paid for."

"Excellent hotel! The location is ideal for the main historic and cultural sights of Braunschweig, and is even walkable from the railway station (if you don’t mind a 35+ minute walk). Plenty of shopping and dining options in area, including a terrific bookstore just across the street. My room was large and airy, extremely quiet. Front desk folks were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Loved staying here, will come back for sure!"
