"Good food options nearby, accessible by a number of U- and S-Bahn trains and busses, and not that far from the city center. For a last minute option for the Berlin Marathon weekend, it was affordable and I was happy with the room. Clean, decently sized, and reasonably priced. Staff was also very helpful when I locked myself out of my room. I didn’t have the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. "
"The location of the property was brilliant, being right next to the S-Bahn station made travel very simple but was rather loud when trying to get to sleep at night."
"Staff were really friendly and although they didn’t speak much English, they tried. It is not stroller/wheelchair friendly. To access the reception you must go up a flight of stairs and to access the rooms you must go up 2 flights of stairs. There is a church right across the hotel that rings it’s bells every 30 minutes but besides that the area is really quiet and calm which was really nice. "
"The room was pretty decent, showers and almost no pressure tho so hard to take a shower but other than that ok.
Stayed for 4 days wasn’t greeted once the staff just looked at me angry and didn’t feel welcome at all, with exception of the lady with her daughter she was nice.

"Very convenient. Access to the railroad which was a lifesaver. The room was clean and the cerling was the sky. A novel idea. The staff was friendly, probably the most courteous of our people we met outside our cruise. "
