"A chance encounter to break up a long journey back from Meribel to the UK. We were very pleased with every aspect of the stay. The place is beautifully decorated and ultra clean. We had some home cooked Chinese food which went down well with all the family, even accommodating gluten allergy. Next time we are passing we would definitely stay again."

"When I arrived at this property the owner finally answered the door, she said she had no knowledge of my booking. Finally I had to email her a copy of my confirmation. This wasn't made any easier by her statement that "she spoke no English" - the website clearly states multilingual staff. (In fact it later became clear she did speak English). The 'living-room' is actually set out as a shop and did not feel welcoming - I was not invited to use it anyway. The only restaurant in Salives was unable...

Das Haus, die Umgebung und die Zimmer sind wunderschön (neu und modern) und das mittelalterliche Ambiente hinterlässt einen bleibenden Eindruck. Altes Gut perfekt gemischt mit neuen Annehmlichkeiten. "Lorsque je suis passé chercher les clés à la réception accueil patronal arrivé dans l'appartement fenêtre ouverte froid radiateur de chauffage ne marchait pas et une ampoule sur deux de griller est la superficie ne correspond pas à ce qui est indiqué à la réservation cet appartement de 4 personnes convient juste à 2 personnes lorsque nous sommes arrivé à l'appartement une puanteur d'égout car la femme de ménage avait enlevé les bondes de lavabo et toutes les odeurs remontais"
