"All staff members we interacted with were very friendly and helpful, quick and efficient. Whenever we were leaving, the valets would ask if we needed a ride and called taxi's for us, one valet even flagged one down that he saw going past. We left an item in the car and the reception staff were very helpful and the valet had brought the item to our room in moments.
