"This hotel has been our hotel of choice because of the clean rooms and friendly staff. However, on this visit it was different. Not all of the front desk staff were nice and not very helpful. Thank goodness for the cleaning staff who were very personable. The complimentary breakfast has seen better days. If you didn't get to eat by 7:30, you missed and nothing was replenished. The first night we did not want to be disturbed; but the 2nd day we removed our door sign and no one came to clean. As we understood, they were a new crew.. if it isn't broke, please don't fix it because our previous stays were excellent. We were disappointed this time around. Not sure if this will be our hotel of choice next time."
