"The rooms are rather small for the price, and we didn’t have a thoroughly clean washroom at first. But a quick call to the front desk and it was cleaned up in no time, along with a sincere apology note. It’s the staff that make this property perfect! It’s the service you pay for and they never let you down! I’ll highlight Wrinchon and Nitin for their ever-ready smiles and genuinely helpful nature. And who doesn’t like a slice of chocolate cake or little snacks as an appreciative gesture LOL! Keep up the great work guys, treat your staff well because they’re truly the cherry on your cake! Will come back if I’m ever in the city again. :-)"

"We loved our stay at the property. The staff and helpers were very professional, and always ensured the highest quality of service. They even went above and beyond with little gestures after we provided them with feedback, which was very nice. Special mention to Harshita, Sarupa, Savan, David, and many others whose names I cannot remember. I will definitely be staying at the property when I am back in Bangalore next time."
