"The staff was ok. Very cold and couldn't be bothered to help with more request when we asked to use sauna, which needs to pay extra to use. The room is in old style room facing lake but very cold. There is not kettle or bottle water. I would not recommend this hotel. Beautiful town but the whole experience was ruined by this hotel. "
"The room didn't match what the picture advertised. After 10pm access to the property was cut off. Nice looking room but it was a shared room with a stranger. The picture on the advertisement shows individually rooms. "
