"Monday at two others"

"I liked that the Acala Hotel was different. From the outside it looked like a typical store front, but when you walk inside you're in the hotel lobby. I used rhe stairs and on each level at the top of the stairs was a seating area. It was somethng different. I was exploring just walking around and at the end of one of the hallways was a balcony with a view of the shops on the street. I would recommend the Alcala Hotel. I will stay there again. Also they have a restaurant with very good food. The workers are all very courteous, and helpful. I enjoyed my stay."

"The property was good for the price, but it's rather old and the table and chairs were not very comfortable or useful. They had no ice machine. And I had to carry a very heavy suitcase up and down a flight of stairs to get in and out."

David the manager was so helpful, helped me download and set up my eSIM for the road, got road side assistance for me to get my flat tire changed, far beyond the call of duty. The longer I stayed, the more welcome I felt. "

"Beautiful! The views where breath taking. The food and the staff are on another level. I did nit expect how wonderful it would be. We hiked in the mountains and visited a coffee plantation, so I would definitely encourage a rental car to visit. It was hard the leave the property at the end of our stay, I would definitely come again! "
