"The property was beautiful and the food, delicious. The one thing was that since it is up in the mountains the walking was very hilly and difficult to wonder around and explore the area. Staff especially the Matitre d/waiter, he went out of his way to help. We had to catch the early bus on our last day (6:30 am) he offered to make us a care package of sandwiches/fruit and water to take with us, which was so nice and welcomed."

"This hotel is aged. Pain peeling, furniture faded and knocked and carpets from a bygone era. Car parking is in the town on a public street which entails carrying luggage a long way to the hotel rail shuttle and then again onto the hotel reception. The rooms are terrible. Very dated. The bed base on the floor with a thin mattress atop a 15cm high base. You don't so much step out of bed when you get above a certain age, as roll out. The bed sagged to so didn't provide comfort. "Hotel was spectacular. I wish we had more time to explore St. Moritz. Only there for one day to catch the Glacier Express. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a delicious dessert happy hour and a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Room had a wonderful view of the mountains and was very comfortable and clean. "
