De l'accueil à notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ de l'hôtel, nous avons pu apprécier le professionnalisme et l'amabilité des personnels. Parking (nouveau) très sécurisé et facile d'accès. Chambre et sanitaires très propres et fonctionnels Merci à très vite lors de mon retour z Liege

We were promised a 10% discount because the staff accidentally locked us out of our room. Meanwhile, they were not in the office. So it was super inconvenient, we wanted to rest and had no where to go. They apologized but didn't deliver on the discount.
