"This is a tranquil property on the St. John's river. Rooms are clean, comfortable and updated. We enjoyed listening to the frogs croaking at night across the river and watching the light change at sunrise from the balcony over coffee. We saw a morning space shuttle launch from the property too. It is about 12 minutes from restaurants and groceries in Deland. There is no breakfast served but there is an ample mini fridge/freezer in the rooms and a microwave so we bring a few snacks, a bottle of...

"I really don't even have anything bad to say. We had an issue with our room upon checking in and the night desk guy made it right immediately. It was a rather nice stay. Not a 5 star hotel but man give them a chance because they're trying to be. 😁👍"
