There was some kind of problem with the elevators and not reading cards so it was impossible to get to our floor without a lot of hassle. I tried to get some questions answered but calling the front desk was laughable. No one ever answers.

elevator was out our room was on 5 th floor there was no water pressure toilet was not flushing house keeping did not clean but entered our room and there was a water main break in the lobby and we did not have water for several hours all during a bridal party and wedding preparations
