"It would be getter to have a more comfortable chais in room instead of hardback plastic ! I’m sure they are cheap plastic chairs and you don’t want to spend money for comfort BUT they are terrible . You must keep some rooms available that DO NOT allow dogs . How about the top 2 floors be no pets !! The carpet in 402 had many snags in the rug and needs replaced! The room also need room deodorizers . It had a bad smell and we bought something to eliminate the smell . I shouldn’t have to fo that !
There could be a better breakfast . One day no yogurt only toast and bagel . No decent pastries only 2 bite hard mini cupcakes . We’ve stayed at many hotels in the BWI area and breakfast had scrambled eggs, breakfast meats , sausage and gravy biscuits , nice pastrries . A lot better than this hotel . Yours was mediocre & some mornings almost nothing at 8:30 a.m
The elevator needs work . It shakes,, makes grinding noise and something hitting the outside of it . Kinda scary . Needs attention before the next inspection in September 2026!"
