"The photographs in Hotels.com website of In Town Suites - Fairfield, room choices did not, in our experience, depict the room we rented. The carpet was filthy and stained from spilled liquids, sticky substances and caked dirt. Likewise, the vinyl flooring was spotted, dirt caked and sticky. The exhaust fan over the 2 electric cooking burners was caked with oily dust so badly we were afraid it would fall into our food if we used the burners. "Room is neat clean and quiet."

"The check-in process was not user friendly. The sidewalk in front of the property was torn up and had construction tape all around it. We had to wait for 30 minutes or so outside the place before we could get the check in information to be able to get into our room."
