"Every issue we had, which were next to none, and every one of the staff who assisted us, met or exceeded our needs. They were very helpful and pleasant and our grandchildren loved the outside pool! Breakfast was great! So many choices! We’d certainly stay there again if we return to the area!!"

"If you’re on a budget then suck it up and use them but be prepared for hardship. It smells like smoke and urine. No overnight room service for towels or etc. Breakfast is sad. Not recommended for families or children young in age. They will do their best to make things work. Pool needs to be cleaned. Otherwise housekeeping staff is fantastic!!!"

"Should have read the reviews more closely. Room smelled even though it was non smoking. Shower head barely worked. Only pics online was the rooms which looked clean, but not welcoming once you arrive. Place is out of the way. Only positive thing I can say it was cheap."

"When we booked we requested to have two queen bed rooms with connecting rooms but they didn’t have them available when we arrived.. we had to settle for a king room and 2 double beds then we had dirty towels in the king room. The experience was not the greatest and we paid $675 for 2 rooms and did not have what we asked for"

"The staff is great. They must have kept my notes from a prior stay, they put me in a corner room/ top floor which was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Bed linens impeccably clean. Interior of the room clean and well maintained. That said, cosmetically speaking, the property is showing signs of wear, which is to be expected, I suppose. "The only good thing about the hotel was the location to the festival. They are more concerned about catering to their elite members. Our check-in was delayed by 1 hour which is 5pm because they allow their elite members a 4 pm checkout! While the lobby is really nice the room was mediocre and out dated. The AC never cooled off, the toilet didn't flush correctly, the water pressure in the shower only worked if the water was on super hot. For the cost this should have been a lot better...
