This meant that they did not have the rooms that we had booked available. The hotel owner/manager was very helpful in finding us different rooms but these were not what had been reserved and meant that we had to separate family members which was not ideal for a week. "We were 2 couples that stayed at Roccos for 2 1/2 weeks. Beautiful pool area, excellent service and really good food! We had breakfast included and tested all the tasty Sri Lanka dishes. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at Roccos if/when we return to Arugam Bay <3"
