"Nicely appointed room. Good location. A bit far out of town, but having the mall next door was very convenient for shopping and eating. The main (and irritating) problem was very poor and insecure internet. One uses the internet routinely for so many purposes that poor access is a MAJOR negative. I recommend that the hotel address this issue with the highest priority."

"Rooms are overpriced for what is on offer considering there are other hotels such as Hyatt Centric, Hyatt resort & spa, Fairfield by Marriott which offer better facilities for lesser price. Gym is not upto standard expected. Food quality is poor for a Taj Hotel. Toilet smelt of sewage which needed rectifying. Toilet size is quite small and was not cleaned to standard expected."
