"We stayed at this hotel for one night so as to be near our hiking destination the next morning. We made arrangements for late arrival which the staff made easy. However, when we arrived we found that there was no soap or shampoo in the shower and when we phoned about it the staff were rude about it and explained that they were not a two or three star hotel so could not afford to provide these in the shower.
