"Room was clean and bright but was seriously deficient: No elevator, no clothes hanging rod, no ice, no deadbolt, no security chain, just to start. Based on the parking lot, I'd say no guests either but I think they were walkins. A guess is that the place makes all its money from city funds for housing homeless. Oh, no lobby. "They advertise a restaurant on site with bar but its not open. When we checked in they gave us a breakfast menu with various different made to order breakfasts. But then sat. morning we walk in and the lady says its a buffet breakfast, i ask if i pay her and she says later. It was scrambled eggs, sausage, you know the usual but then there was some other stuff. I asked my wife what it was and she said some kind of asian soup. It all tasted bland. The " orange juice" was tang. Then we get done and the lady runs up and tells us its $15 each, which was odd since the prices on the menu we got the highest plate was $15.95 for made to order. I then asked if the restaurant and bar would be open for dinner as we would be back that evening and she told us no that it was closed permanently. My question is why do they advertise it if its not open? Very disappointed. "

"The room had dead roaches in the fridge. There was hair in the tub and a hole in the ceiling leaking water into our room. They moved us to a different room. There was bullet holes in the window still had live roaches and no hot water. "

"Front reception were very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were spacious. Downside was coffee/food not available after 9am I believe?
