"This is an extended stay but there are no items in the room. You have to purchase everything separate. Place is new and if you’re looking for affordability it will work. Did have an unwelcome creature on our last day which I’m not sure where it came from because I cleaned the room after we checked in. Not your regular hotel but do able. Really never saw anyone at the front desk so anyone can just walk in and out, alittle concerning."

"We have stayed at the Perry Hotel many times. I love the modern touch of the hotel, with extremely clean rooms and a well maintained pool. The staff are extremely friendly and always provide great service especially Jessica who serves poolside. Jessica is always on point with maintaining the pool area, taking food orders and drink orders. "Check-in was the best I’ve ever had, the gentleman that checked us in was super helpful and ever so informative. He explained everything and left nothing to think about. Captiva Room was so nice, very clean and head everything we could ask for. Property was well maintained and had so many activities and all was included. Ate dinner at Rae’s restaurant which was delicious. Great way to celebrate my wife’s birthday."
