"This day was OK. The hotel is new so there’s really not much to review because the place is clean.. Rooms are super small though. The first one I was put in the people upstairs must’ve had kids because the walls were like paperthin.. staff was very nice and changed our room which was much quieter"

Though signage notified guest of potential power outages, long-lasting overnight power outage and subsequent hot water failure and elevator usage (elevators were not functional and I had to carry luggage down 5 flights of stairs) provided a less-than-favorable review."

"The experience was wonderful. Beautiful room and helpful and friendly staff.We stayed here last eight years ago, and again it was a wonderful experience. With one exception. On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult."
