"We enjoy our stay when we come back home. Nonetheless, the hotel is always clean and customer service is always good. However, the hotel is dated and needs to add elevators for elderly.
Otherwise, we would stay because it's close to everything we need when we come in the area.
Thanks"
"The carpet and the drapes were in need of being cleaned or replaced. The coffee machine was out of order and the alternatives provided did not offer decaf or hot water for tea.The front desk staff was kind, courteous, very pleasant and extremely helpful. The air conditioning in the room was able to be adjusted to a comfortable level but in the area where breakfast was served it was cold and uncomfortable. The swimming pool was extremely cold and the hot tub was out of serve.Towels were not readily available in the pool area they had to be requested at the front desk.Overall I felt the accommodations were less than adequate for the price and I would not recommend it if other accommodations are available."
"Room was very clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was it was very noisy at night. Up until 3 am there was stomping and sounded like someone moving furniture above me. Not sure what that was about but other than that it’s a nice place."
"We didn’t end up checking in. The property is horrible, the groups of people hanging in parking lit made us feel unsafe. Because we were stuck in traffic snd missed "
"Room was clean with fridge and appliances. Breakfast started at 7 and we had to miss it. Tried to check in at 11 as was advertised, but that required extra funds. Very misleading. Room was comfortable. Staff ok"
