"This hotel is really pretty run down. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling along with rusty fixtures in the bathroom. The main light was missing the cover and someone has clearly kicked the HVAC unit a few times. The pool and hot tub were both very aged and the water was tinted green."

"We loved our stay at Hotel Phillips. Just one complaint, the a/c blew directly onto the bed and it was a lot of air. We had to practically hide completely under the covers, the air needs to be diverted off the bed. We would still stay there again!!"
