"Personnel are polite but they make you repeat your request 10 Times. I was given a wrong room for 2 days, they said its international app so they dont seethe type of room i booked. Finally on third day agreed to upgrade the room. For 2 days in a standard room i was not refunded or given complimentary service, they simply said sorry. I would recommend never to stay at this place."

"The room was lovely and well appointed although looking out our window was a bit disconcerting as we faced buildings that were falling apart (almost literally poked like a war zone) and graffiti, I know the hotel can’t control the neighborhood and it’s not uncommon in India but it took me a little aback. "Had a wonderful stay.The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient and made me feel at home.Room and bathroon were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities i needed.Amazing breakfast buffet!
