Awful hotel, do not stay here!
We arrived in the early hours, which ties in with the strange flight schedules in India. All of the hotel staff were sleeping on the floor and the door was locked, so we had to bang on the door in order to even get into the hotel. When we checked in, the staff didn't believe that I had a booking, and when I showed him our passports and printed email from Expedia, he then tried to make me pay him in cash again for the room, and I clearly pointed out that the room was already paid for through Expedia. Finally we got to our room and it was awful, I don't think the sheets had been changed since the last person was in there, mould in the bathroom, and dust on the floor and everywhere else. Then the following day, we went down to the reception to ask for the Wifi codes, then a different man again tried to pressure me into paying for the room AGAIN. So again I explained that I had already paid and he was having none of it, this caused an argument between us and it turned into a very uncomfortable stay for me and my partner. Terrible hotel, even worse staff!
