Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
This hotel advertises itself as a 3 star hotel but I needed a telescope to find the stars. The rooms were dirty, bedsheets had stains, the service was poor and the staff were extremely rude. Seemed like they didn't want guests.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Scammers...nothing like the pictures shown. Unhabitable place and expedia cant do anything which is worse. They make property non refundable for a reason...stains everywhere and ripped linens. Upon complaining they tell me i selected maintainance room and i knew about it. Which guest in the world chose maintainance room over a proper guest room. Expedia cant do anything about it because property doesnt want to refund even tho i DID NOT even check in and stayed. I went a night prior directly because of an extra date and decided to never check in for rest of days. I have pics and videos of the room
