Photos shown on expedia regarding this property are deseptive, not even close tk realty. Very dirty rooms, beds in bad condition, area itself is very bad, and service is 0.

The posting said they provide shuttle service to and from airports. However they did not provide any shuttle services and asked me go to airport on my own. Also, room was a little dirty.

TOTAL SCAM WITH MISLEADING INFORMATION

Hotel address was incorrect. It took 45 minutes for our driver to reach the log location. The property contact information was going out to some other hotel therefore couldn’t contact the hotel for the correct location.Had fake reviews, causing its so called “a 5-star stay” and fake photos, .Even though I booked through hotel.com, they still took 1500 extra Rs from me otherwise they wouldn’t let me in the building.

Avoid This Hotel – Extremely Poor Hygiene

I had an extremely disappointing stay at Hotel Tej Plaza near IGI Airport. First and foremost, there is no elevator service, which makes it very inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. The cleanliness was shocking—bedsheets, pillows, and blankets were dirty, and I even found pelvic hair on the pillow. This is completely unacceptable. Additionally, there was no hot water, and the water pressure in the bathroom was almost nonexistent, making it difficult to even take a proper shower. Overall, this hotel is not worth booking, and I strongly do not recommend it to anyone. Hotels.com should seriously consider removing this property from their listings to prevent other travelers from facing the same terrible experience.

WARNING: THIS IS NOT A REAL HOTEL – TOTAL SCAM! I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! This so-called “hotel” is a complete fraud. The pictures online are completely fake, and the address leads you somewhere else entirely. When you finally find the actual location, it’s a total nightmare—dark, dirty, and unbelievably shady. This is NOT a real hotel; it’s more like a hideout for the worst kind of people. The atmosphere is terrifying, with sketchy individuals lurking around, and the entire place feels unsafe. You can hear strange noises all night, and trust me, you do not want to know what’s going on behind those doors. I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe that I left immediately. There is no reception, no customer service, and no security—just a rundown, filthy place that should be shut down immediately. Please do yourself a favor: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Do not fall for their lies, do not waste your money, and most importantly, do not risk your safety. Warn everyone you know!
