One nght layover

A good place to stay for one night if you are flying in or out of Indira Gandhi airport, don't use their taxi pick up or drop off as they are very expensive, prepaid taxi from DEL and book an uber or ola from the hotel if you can.

Okay for one night

First of all, one of the Managers (Male) was very nice. The staff helped me as I was sick. However, room service was simply pathetic. The worst part is food from their kitchen is so costly. But they allow you to bring it from outside. Close Proximity to Airport, Fortis Hospital & Chattarpur Mandir was an added bonus.

Nettes Hotel um günstig und Flughafennah übernachten zu können. Die Zimmer sind einfach und das hotel schon älter. Die Sauberkeit war ok, aber das Interieur schon älter und die Türen klemptwn auch schonmal. Für ein paar Nächte ganz ok.

Great for overnight stop as so close to the airpor

They have at last gotten rid of the huge flight of stairs at the entrance so that is a huge boon as that had been their main fault previously

central new delhi location

staff very helpful. hotel basic & dated but satisfactory for the price. our breakfast was included; there is no dining room so we had toast & coffee in the reception area, which was ok. wifi signal intermittent, not uncommon in new delhi!

The workers were wonderful. They helped me with my luggage. They were just pleasant. My room was wonderfully cool. Cool experience. Cool hotel. I would stay here again.

They forgot to come pick us up at the airport. We booked a room for 3 people and there was only a bed for 2, when we asked for an extra bed we were given an extremely dirty matress to put on the floor. Besides, they were not sure if we had paid and despite our printed confirmation they kept us waiting and discussing. Sorry but I cannot recommend this place.

Great hotel at a great price

Stayed at this property a couple of years back and was pleasantly surprised by the high standard at such a low price, nothing has changed, it's still a great bargain with very helpful staff. One downside is the steep stairs from the street, tip: one person stays with the luggage on the street, the other goes up to reception and asks one of the staff to come down to carry your luggage, this being India, they are only too willing to do so as it will earn them a few extra rupees. The other downer can't be solved, the area is not that great but it's Delhi, the city with the worst air pollution in the world! Several hundred yards up the road is a fantastic restaurant(the hotel has good food but only room service) The Spice Mill, neither the decor nor the service is anything to write home about but the food is fantastic, far too much of it so order sparingly!

GREAT WASTE OF MONEY.

Clean only when you check in. They don't clean once you continue to stay. Tiny rooms. Expensive for nothing. Absence of elevator. Zero staff etiquette ( They just hang up on face ) Rude behaviour. You can get great hotels with that price tag.

"worth for the money spent"

I had a short stay from 25th Nov - 29th Nov 2014. The rooms were very nice including the breakfast. Its worth for the money spent. I would recommend to stay in Malik Continental (Masoodpur)rather than staying in hotels of Mahipalpur.

Good Value

Excellent value at the price, but the location is rather rough. Delhi (at least, this part) is not for the faint=hearted. It takes courage and conviction (and faith) to cross the road outside.

It was in center to the city

The bed height is too much,I was with my 18 month old daughter,so i can not move nearby to leave her alone. Rest the staff & owner was good,Because of my mistakes i had paid money twice for same transaction & they have done NEFT yesterday to my account,That will be remebered to me

We stayed there for 4 days. We were in 2 rooms initially because my there was my sister along with us. After 3 days we had only one room. The service was good initially but got bad after 2 days. Breakfast has a very limited menu although its complimentary. Tastes okay initially but got bored after a day. But inspite of all these I still think its good value for money. Pros. 1. Near to the airport and all educational institutions 2. Near to ambience mall, bigbazaar 3. Lot of small take aways available near Cons. 1. The surrounding area not clean especially after the rain 2. Staff behavior is okay okay and it depends 3. There are steep stairs before you enter the hotel.

Malik Continental ligger svært nære flyplassen, og det er det største fordelen. Strøket er ikke det beste, men man er ikke plaget av støy inne på rommet. Vi bestilte mat på rommet, og denne var god. Servicen var også bra.

Clean and helpful staff.

Staff here are really nice. Always smiling and bringing everything you ask for immediately. Very caring and accommodating the needs of their customers. I would come here again. The outside appearance could be improved to attract more clientele.

Helt ok

Hotellet ser ikke særlig bra ut fra gateplan, i tillegg til at det ser stengt ut. Når jeg kom inn var det enkelt, pent og rent - og stille. De var passe imøtekommende i resepsjonen og alt gikk smertefritt. Det er ca 20 minutter til den internasjonale flyplassen, så et godt alternativ hvis du skal reise. De var behjelpelig med taxi til flyplassen og alt fungerte som smurt. Området er ikke noe særlig å rope hurra for, men du kan ta en rikshaw til Metroen som er den beste måten å reise i Delhi på. Maten på hotellet var god. Kan velge hotellet igjen.
